Customer Engagement and attraction

Customer do not like to be chased around; they prefer to be attracted. And to do them involve some certain processes.

I will want to draw your focus on Tagging and post engagement
People rarely get offended when you tag them on posts they are interested in.

So firstly, come up with nice write ups that will appeal more to your target audience*. It must be engaging and easy to read. It must offer value. You can create a series of post on it, but make sure you're consistent in your posting. At least once in every three days, something new must come out from you to your target audience.

Don't get this twisted, it is pretty simple as long as your passion evolve around your business.

Once you've done that a good content for your audience, then let the tagging, hash tags (if you're running a series of post).

Please don't tag above too many people in a post. I often go with 20-50, and it must not be done perpetually. For me, is thrice in a month.

But, if any one gets offended, please don't tag the person. Once you audience starts asking questions, make sure you engage them.

Remember, if your business matters much to you, then your clients should matter much to you also.
