Well you're right. In business, there's what is called OPM(aka other a people's money). If you're so sure of your management skills because it shouldn't stop with just an idea, you should be able to execute it when called upon, then you can make use of OPM, enter an agreement with someone that has the money and sign a contract and you're good to go.
You can also search for persons with like minds and funds can be pulled to execute your ideas because it's very obvious that Nigeria as a whole is lacking personnel with managerial skills.
We could rub minds and see what we can drill out.
