Very cool idea! I saw some vertical farms at the maker faire in NYC. I was so intrigued by this method of growing food. It seems like it takes less water and less space than conventional farming. I am interested in watching your farm grow! please keep up these videos. And thanks for serving in the Navy for our country.
Thanks Steve! I will definitely keep posting these videos. I think they will get more interesting once we start growing. Do you have any microgreens on your menu? Do you have any suggestions on what kinds of greens we should grow and how we could best cater to chefs like you in our area?
Chefs like the hard to find micogreens as well as the common ones. I would think that you should focus on the common ones to make steady money and then reach out to higher end restaurants in your area to see what more exotic microgreens they are looking for. I know that is not very specific but once you become known for supplying the high end restaurants with more exotic greens the word will spread.
