Well, in a similar way, allowing people to fill your mind with junk and negativity on social media is the same.
Both pollute your personal space, only one is physical and the other is psychological.
To answer your question, how can I stop negative thinking?
Like many things in life…
It’s not rocket science… if you feed your brain with negativity, I can completely guarantee you will have negative thoughts.
