Recently hired for attitude. Recently fired a client for attitude :) You can teach someone a certain skill or process. You can't teach someone how to not be an asshole. Thanks for the article! :)

    Thanks for the comment. As far as "firing clients" that's a very different discussion. Usually, client is always right, unless we did something really bad when we accepted that client. But that's food for thought for another article in this challenge.
