Internet, skills and work environment based on number 30.

   "In the next 30 years from now Internet it's going to be evolved in much bigger thing, now we experience the beginning of it. Successful businesses will operate with people less than 30 and will hire only under 30."

   This phrase belongs to a not so famous Chinese businessman who has many internet companies and invites young people to his projects. 

   I did not like it first. Because of these words I started to feel like an old guy afraid of change. But after some thought, I understood that it is natural. It is the way, we humans evolve our self's. We live longer, we travel faster and we change job more frequently. It make sense, as technology change the demand for more adaptive minds becomes important. Young generation has the tools to absorb quicker the information and connect the dots faster from the old generation. We go, as human, into unknown, we can see from our narrow perspective what it is coming in near future but after that we are guessing. 

   Cancer was not a problem before, cause people lived on average a life of 42 years. Now we don't worry some much for flu, we found a solution, as we live double the years we facing new problems that we need to deal with. Even if the cancer will be almost eliminated new diseases will start to appear. 

   Some times a question strikes alarmingly in my head. Will my university diploma have any value in future? Some information from the first year had changed during my student time and it's different in my last year. New discoveries, new programs showed better ways or that something was wrong. It is like when people thought earth was flat and a guy named Galileo shook their minds with his proof. It is like something you thought you knew and it turns out to be wrong or different and you have to unlearn and learn it again. Do you think it's a waste of time?
