Burrata Antipasti
Yesterday I had some friends come over to my place for dinner and as a starter I prepared a Burrata Antipasti which was amazing! Burrata for those of you who have never heard of it is like a mozarella but the interior is filled with creamy straciattella. My friends where super pleased after the meal!
Burrata is a very typical dish of the Italian city Puglia!
