Good morning dear community, today my husband cooked potato omelette with beef steak.
Ingredients for 1 tortilla:
-3 medium potatoes.
-4 eggs
-Salt and pepper
-oil for frying
Preparation
Peel and cut the potatoes (since these potatoes were small, he decided to cut them into slices, but he usually cuts them into small squares), then fry them in abundant oil.
Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper, add the potatoes
and pour all the preparation into the tortilla pan (special pan for making tortillas) previously greased with a little butter.
Cook 1 minute on each side (if you like it more cooked it will be a little more).

Esa tortilla de papas con huevo se ve muy apetitosa. Te confieso que hace poco traté de hacer una tortilla española, la cual lleva papas, pero el detalle fue que se me olvidó que tenía que cocinar previamente las papas, jajajaja, horrible el resultado.
