Human rights are the fundamental rights a human have just because he is human. You may disagree with me but I believe their is no such thing as human rights in Pakistan. In second yes ofcourse I agree to you that their is complete violation of human rights by a state agent. The state is responsible for this act and it should pay the remedy to the victim family.
