Some people make crumbles, cakes or gooseberry fool.
I normally choose simple recipes with a few basic ingredients and ideally without much sugar.

Thank you for the information. I dont have a lot of experience with gooseberries
Neither do I. That's why I've chosen what I think it's the simplest option.
