I think you need to take a good break from household chores.
Fatigue tends to build up and it affects the quality of life.
Reflection is useful, but ... there's nothing like a good quality rest :)
Do I look fatigued?
Is it so obvious...
I read your post and see your tiredness in your words.
Resources can be used, but they need to be replenished in time :)
