You try finger stretches, wrist flexor stretch, and wrist isometric exercises. You did the finger stretches and wrist isometric exercises correctly. But in wrist flexors stretch, you have to place your hand in the middle of the other hand for better stretch as the hand is bending more, and flexors will not get enough stretch. Always remember to apply a heat pack in chronic conditions and an ice pack in acute conditions before performing exercises to relax the muscles and reduce stiffness. I appreciate your efforts.
