Burning Fat vs Burning Calories

To reduce weight and get in shape, you must follow a healthy diet and exercise on a regular basis.

The first thing you should know about exercise is that simply burning calories does not imply that you are burning fat.

When you exercise, your major goal should be to lose body fat, and you can't shed body fat only by burning calories.

When we exercise, our bodies begin to burn calories, but the calories that are burned are the calories that our bodies have stored as carbs.

The presence of oxygen is required for your body to burn calories from stored fat.
Your body need a particular amount of oxygen to begin burning fat, and the only way to determine how much your body requires is to stay up with your target heart rate while exercising.

Please keep in mind that if you solely burn calories from carbohydrates, you will lose largely "water weight," which will cause your metabolism to slow down.

Consider the calories you burn from carbohydrates to be your energy calories.

If you burn too few calories, your muscles will not acquire enough energy to enhance your metabolism, which will cause fat to be burned indirectly.

As a result, while you're on an exercise regimen, you'll need to up your calorie intake to restore the energy you've expended.
