The Ethiopian model stood out from world war two, because of their defeat of Italian forces in the African desert. We made fun of them in the seventies, because they were skinny. We did not know why they were skinny. But the Ethiopian caloric diet stands at 1,974 forty years later.

My wife diet is 1200 kcal and she enjoy doing exercise like a ethiopian nomad hunting lions.
You should see the chompers on my mom. She should be putting away rare porterhouse every dinner. But instead she's vegan. Go figure, for all the gap toothed smiles I see.
