Fluffy Bunny Rabbit Named Bitsy, Not Sure what she is: Dwarf, Lop, Lion head, mix?

This our newest family member, Bitsy. She is about a year old and was rescued from a family who could not keep her because of a new city ordinance. They didn't know what breed she was and I'm not sure either. I think she might be a dwarf lop or lion head mix? Let me know in the comments what you think she is.
