BullTrading 05 - Steem

in #bulltrading5 years ago

What a crazy few days its been for the Steem price. The volume seems to be coming from the Bittrex partnered exchange Upbit which has today been leading the pack with in the last 24 hours with $8m in Steem-KRW pair volume. SBD has made quite some moves as well going up to $0.92 at its highest, wonder if this pump will continue until we reach $1 and hoping SBD will stay stabilized.

I made the decision to gamble a bit with the Bitcoin I had on Binance after the sell orders went through, the last of which was at 920 satoshi for 50% of the pool. What I basically did was keep an eye on the upbit steem-krw pairing and made moves depending on what I thought it looked like there that it was going. Since this was not something planned nor could be posted about for the readers without getting too confused, I thought I'd show all buy ins and sell offs on the chart instead of pasting a screenshot of all the trades verifying my chart. I'll leave a link the the trades instead if anyone actually wants to check that I haven't influenced the balance on that account in any other way.

If suspicion arises I'm trying to cheat the performance I can agree to a livestream of the account and showing my withdrawals and deposits, but at these numbers I doubt many will care. Anyway, here is where I bought in and sold off, a couple times I believe I fomo'd out at a loss but other than that it went quite alright. Binance and the bots sure make the exchange laggy during volume spikes, though.

Okay, I realized after 30 minutes that it will require way too much work to draw up where on the chart I sold and bought so will instead just spam you with numbers and how much fee I paid and how much % i profited or lost from each trade.

Okay this list got way too long and is taking way too much time, so much for this being a hobby, lol. At the end of the day, trust me or not, I am holding 0.0412 BTC on the exchange, the Binance Coins I had were burned from my trading and it has now started using BTC for fees and the fee has thus been increased so I have to buy some more BNB to continue trading like this.

I am however not going to impulse trade any more with these funds as that was not the point of this project but I just couldn't resist seeing the volume we were getting.

So at this stage I am now at 0.0412 BTC with a 12.938% increase since my first Steem sells. If I were to buy Steem with it, though it would only get me 390.15 Steem so there I am down -2.46%. Could've done better but kneejerk reactions and spending too much time and too many trades lowered my performance so I'm gonna wait it out for a bit now, let Bitcoin rise a bit before I diversify it into other coins or back into Steem if we see a dip in it. If anything I helped cause some of the trading volume on Binance. :P

Let's see how big we can grow this pool until the end of the year. :)
