I am glad you like that, banks are always trying to get people to take out more than they can comfortably afford. Yes you might be able to swing it if you don't do anything but stay at home and go to work, but if you want any type of life, you shouldn't do what the bank says you can afford.
Exactly! I was in that trap with a nice home on 8 acres. Loved it so much but had no life and no time to enjoy and take care of it because my husband and I were working so much to pay for it! We decided we had enough and sold it. In our case it was not worth it. We want a life. To be able to do the things we love, travel and eat good healthy foods. <3
