Thanks for the extra attention to my post. The house build is stressful and we only getting by so cheap @nicnas because I research everything, and discovered the tidbit about home nation (they are nation wide, and have centers all over the place) they sell manufactured homes for 1/2 the cost as the competitors and it is all over a name. It is like when Kraft sells their cheese to a store, same cheese different wrapper, the only difference in our Starline home vs the Clayton brand is the name, same materials, same floor plans, built in the same factory but for half the cost.
