Yes, but if it is a busy window 0.50 SBD can turn to dust (mean it is too low to make an effective impact on voting). I'm considering raising the minimum bid to 1 SBD so it doesn't happen. It was the first time it's happened but 0.500 SBD is really close to the threshold.
I am trying to keep it affordable for everyone.
