You can confirm this by looking at the first comments in our recent voting round and when you sent the transfer. You will see they both say "23 minutes ago" (when I checked). So it was sent right on the line, it appears you are trying to avoid curation rewards and if you are trying to time it down to the second you will not have success everytime. The bid bot tools are not 100% accurate and generally off a minute or so.
On another note, 16 posts a day of a single photo?
You bid within the same minute of the end of the voting round. The bidding round closes before the new votes go out. You were extremely close (within seconds) but were past the window closing.
Trying to game the system and avoid curation rewards is not going to work reliably, especially if you do it down that close it is also a good way to scare away larger voters.
I cannot offer a refund as we didn't do anything wrong, you were just late. You are going to get a vote (I can't remove a bid and not have it vote, it will vote on all valid bids for a bidding window).
