If you check out a couple of the mentioned accounts you will see a pattern. Also, a majority of those accounts are from one person who is spamming the blockchain. Actually around 28 or so accounts that one person owns and spams with and uses upvote promotion. These tools should be used by good content creators trying to promote their work. This is what the steem platform needs. GOOD CONTENT, not spam and trash IMO.
