The Patch is in Effect RC is now reset to 100%

All negative balance accounts that were never going to be recharged and all user accounts have had the Resource Credits reset to 100%.

Voting mana will recharge naturally over the next 5 days, to determine the RC costs post patch assume the previous costs divided by 10.

To track the actual cost per post the best known method would be to do a before and after comparison using Steemworld

Then deducting the difference in cost, at this point it looks like we will just need to wait and see as we progress into the future what bugs remain.

There may still be delegation errors when assigning SP, and there are more RC costs for second order comments from my personal bugtesting otherwise it seems functional.
