I really like the concept. I feel there would have to be a lot of work done to prevent market manipulation and to make sure of true decentralisation but the backing of property would help to stabilise the price. We are looking to do a long term self build here in Asturias , Spain. Buying a property to start with and building on the land. We are interested in the POWER token that has come out recently that is being used to set up global decentralised green power networks. This could work well alongside that sort of concept.
