Northern limit: B-dul. Republic to B-dul. Hristo Botev, B-dul. Hristo Botev (both inclusive) to Str. Negustori, Str. Traders to the intersection with Str. Mântuleasa, Str. Sang up to Str. Romulus, Str. Romulus (all exclusive) to Călăraşi Road, Călăraşi Road to the Sos. Mihai Bravu, Piatra Muncii, further B-dul. Work to Str. Morarilor, Str. Morars (exclusive) to the junction with the Ship. Verg, Sos. Verg (exclusive) to Ship. Pantelimon, Sos. Pantelimon (exclusive) to the Colentina River, on the Colentina River to Str. Peels (all inclusive)
Eastern limit: Str. Peles (including), C.F.R. the Căţelu railway station, on the Bucharest-Oltenita railway line, Gheţu Anghel to the northern end of the village of Căţelu, Glina commune. From here follows the northern limit of the village of Căţelu to Bdul. Ion Sulea, on the eastern boundary of R.A.T.B. motorway, on the south boundary of this bus and the production base of the Ministry of Construction, from where through a conventional line to the south, the limit is registered up to the river Dâmboviţa.
Southern boundary: follows the Dâmboviţa river to the United Nations (exclusively).
Western boundary: Calea Victoriei (inclusive) to its intersection with B-dul. Gheorghe Gheorghiu-Dej and the Republic Square.
