After the first round it didn't really have anything to do with unique individual votes. It was all about bots and sockpuppets. The poll had 191k votes, with the vast majority between ETC and Steem. Check out the ETC forums, they are all dead. Their most active forum is the slack with a total of 3k user accounts subscribed.
they should have made the poll on Steemit instead of Twitter, we would have won for sure :^)
