Santa Claus arrived !: Bitcoin and major cryptocurrencies gain price

The capitalization market of the crypto world is once again above that of Facebook.

There is a meme circulating about the "discounts (25% off)" that Bitcoin had the day before Christmas. Well, this joking message seems true because, while yesterday the currency dropped in price; today, December 25, went up. So, at the same time that the children receive the gifts that Santa Claus (San Nicolás, Santa Claus, Old Santa Claus ...) left under the Christmas trees, the adults who had Bitcoin kept and did not sell them, received their gift: the main one cryptocurrency increased in price.
When it is 8:45 am New York time, Bitcoin has a price of USD $ 14,267.80, 7.40% more than yesterday at the same time. The volume of operations is USD $ 10.8 billion, quite high for a date in which the majority celebrates and is not pending investment. Its capitalization market is now 239.1 billion US dollars. It is noteworthy that yesterday the market suffered a fall that many considered dramatic , but returns now again with vigor, although still quite far from its best prices, between December 17 and 18, when it exceeded USD $ 20,000.

In the last 24 hours, its worst price was yesterday at noon when it fell to USD $ 12,747, then it recovered and less than an hour ago it reached more than USD $ 14,500. On the other hand Ethereum gave a greater surprise to its investors: today it is at USD $ 763.33, 17.49% more than yesterday at the same time. Others that went up were Bitcoin Cash in 10.71%, Ripple in 8.83%, Litecoin in 6.67%, Cardano in 12.99%, IOTA in 12.61%, Dash in 7.16% and Monero in 10 , 78%. Of the 100 main cryptocurrencies, 96 rose in price and the capitalization market returns to recover price and put itself above that of Facebook : Today it is USD 557.3 billion.
