$BTC trading back over 28k

Bitcoin has been pumping and dumping all over the place lately but the overall trend is up. Every time I refresh the page it jumps some more. Over the last 24 hours $BTC had made a low of 27,215.55 and a high of 28,179.67, it's currently moving for around 28,166.84 on most exchanges.
