BTC - What will happen ?

Recently the BTC market is just under $7.7K resistant level with a strong green candle in 1 day chart. If this breaks this level then I think it will easily go up to $10K level. There is also another resistant level around $8.5K. But I don't think it is a strong one. What do you think ?. Can we expect a bull run this year ?.
