I lost my 2FA access- BITFINEX and LOST 88K :( -

Hi,

My android phone was not working well. So I decided to reset my phone. After teh reset my phone got a new life. I was very happy that I reset it. But wait... in a very few seconds I realized that my 2fa app I used for Bitfinex login was reset too. meaning I lost my thousands of dollars in one go.

So, I raised a ticket on Bitfinex on 3rd Jan'2018. Very promptly I received an automated message on how to get the 2fa access disabled. I did exactly as prompted and raised my ticket.

But guess what? 5 days passed. NO NEWS FROM BITFINEX.

I wish I could go back in time and saved my 2fa key. I wish I had not reset my phone. But atleast I can warn other users now.

PLEASE KEEP A BACKUP of all your 2fa accesses.

Did any of you had or have similar issues? Please reply. Also please advise how long do you think BITFINEX will take to reset my 2fa access. Or did I lost my 88k already?? :(
