I think so as well, although I think they should be selling some. They probably don't need the money though.
I’ve read that they have an estimated 1%. Which with current prices is billions. I think it’s kind of scary. If they wanted to they could sell everything and destroy the value
The bitcoin market is doing so much volume right now that even if they decided to dump all at once, it would just be a blip for a day or two then things would go right back to normal. I believe the bitcoin markets are doing something like $6 billion USD per day right now.
BTC has a limited lifespan. 10 years at most. SHA2 will be broken inside the next 10 years, and when that happens BTC is no longer useful as a crypto when the crypto part of the cryptocurrency is broken.
So you can't hold forever.
But for the next 5 years it could be on a fairly straight shot up
