Everyones rig place

Hi, i want to share with you the project i'm working on. Let's just shortly explain how it started.
Summer is ahead of us and alot of people who own rigs and i speak daily complained they dont have a place to put them because they overheat their houses. So i came on idea to make a rig farm which could use any1 who doesnt have where to put their rigs. My father has a company that is not completely used so i renovate one room to start this project and see how it is going. I imagined it as a place where crypto community in my small city ( which is really not more than 20 people) could hang out, have their rigs on same place, share some ideas and you know just to grow and learn more together.
For now it's just a room with AC and few ventilation and nice internet. For 1 rig i'm asking just 80$ a month which is basically what electricity costs here. In future when hopefully i make some money on crypto im thinking about not renting hashes like Cloudmining and stuff. You could just buy rig (3000$ 6xrx580 sapphire is now the price here to make your rig, i don't know if it cheaper then other countrys but i think it is :) ) and i could rent a place for that same rig. I think it is more profitable and better than cloudmining because i can always sell that used rig you bought and send money with crypto. I'm just asking for opinions to see what you have to say about this. And if you like this idea i would be most greatfull if you helped me finish this project by donating.
