BTC POSSIBLE SCENARIOS!!

The market has been in consolidation period for whole feb now we have to see what makes the move.
If we look past years in this period of mar-apr always alts has shown their power.
So i would not hold all my btc and invest in alts but as it all depends whether btc makes it move or not.
i personally think it will go down.
not a advice its my opinion.
and if the newly segway applied and the lightning network being delayed we will see drop in btc and increase in the market as no one will hold btc.
