Halo teman-teman. Hari ini aku berpartisipasi SEC | S19W1: Mendesain rencana pelajaran yang diselenggarakan oleh The Brilliant Teacher. Aku mengajak @cruzamilcar63 @wilmer1988 @hotspotitaly @miguelito80 untuk berpartisipasi pada kontes ini.

What material do you want to teach to students or to your child?

First, I would like to introduce myself to you all. I am a Koran teacher at an Islamic boarding school. I have been teaching students at Islamic boarding schools for almost 2 years from 2022 until now. I also have a lot of experience in teaching santri. Various kinds of student behavior begin in this class. Sometimes I have to be patient with their behavior but not all students are like that.

The material that I will teach to students in Islamic boarding schools is material about fiqh, Sufism, tauhit, teaching them to know the rules in Islam and also nahu so they know how to read the Arabic book correctly.

Santri-based children's education is an educational concept that combines formal learning, religion and Islamic boarding school life to shape children's character and personality. Santri as Islamic boarding school students not only gain academic knowledge, but are also involved in forming religious values, ethics and life skills. In this article, we will explore the experiences and outcomes of santri-based children's education.

Explain how you would design the opening activities, core activities and closing activities in a learning material?

For the opening activity during teaching, I greet the students first, note the students' presence and repeat the previous material a little. I often do this before starting learning activities at the Islamic boarding school. The purpose of student attendance attendance is to find out which students are present and absent at the Islamic boarding school. Continue by repeating some of the previous material so that students can focus more on studying the next material.

For this activity, I prefer to give the material to the students first and then practice. We often memorize rules, I immediately test the students' abilities for direct practice. If there is something the students don't understand, ask me again. I even give assignments to students about the material I teach in class.

For the closing activity, I usually explain again what we have learned and pray together before going home

What method will you use, explain why it is the most appropriate?

As for the methods I use when teaching, there are several methods such as providing material, so that students can easily understand them, doing direct practice. Because when explaining, students don't immediately understand, we even have to explain the material several times. But there are also students who understand it easily too. I use all the methods to make it easier for students to understand the material.

What tools and media do you need so that learners can understand it well?

I give a module about what material I will explain to the students. I also gave them some quick memorization procedures for students so that students can easily understand them. If someone doesn't understand, I will repeat the material again. Currently, there are many things we can do for learning media.
