NYC Split Weekend Between Seasonable And Warm

Hello Angry Ben fans and followers. Some extra clouds visiting the area today will keep things seasonal, but we should have them out of the way by tomorrow morning for a nice warm day in the NYC Metro Area. Tropical Storm Humberto has formed, but the Southeast will only feel fringe effects such as gusty showers, rough surf, and slightly enhanced tides, before it pulls out to sea. Overall it's a quiet week, and I will run it down for you.

SATELLITE

Patchy clouds have spread over the area with the help of a weak system system moving through. Most of the energy will go north, but it may touch off a few scattered showers this afternoon. I still wouldn't cancel any outdoor plans and most of it will be nuisance action. Highs today in the mid 70's. If we somehow get more sunshine, maybe we will go for upper 70's. REGIONAL RADAR
The radar shows that shower action and most of it slipping well to our north, but a few strays across central PA may survive. Tomorrow, everything clears out by early morning and will see decreasing clouds. NW winds will help dry us out for a comfortable and warm day with highs in the near 80 to low 80 range. Monday will be the warmest day of the week. Expect partly sunny skies and highs in the low 80's. A front will move through late afternoon, then cooler and drier air should work its way in for a few days.
