NYC Mild Windy Day Today Late Shower Possible
Good morning everyone. Clouds are on the increase this morning as our next system is heading our way. We'll squeeze one more mild one out today, then we'll begin to sink back down to the 50's for the most part. Another system may give us a quick mild one late week, but cooler air will be on the move in typical March fashion.

Look for morning blue patches before the sun goes away. We should have enough mild air left to hit the 60-65 range, but it'll be a windy one ahead of that front, especially at the south-facing shores. It'll also be cooler at the shores with that wind blowing over the cooler oceans. Highs will be similar to yesterday and in the mid to upper 50's at the beaches. A few scattered showers are possible as we go one in the day, but nothing of significance.
We sink back down into the 50's with sun and clouds both tomorrow & Thursday, then another front may bring near 60 temps on Friday. This one may have more showers with it than today's system, but again, nothing major going on here.
Our weekend cools down and heads back to reality temp-wise. as we start Saturday off in the low 50's and breezy; then we may not get out of the upper 40's on Sunday. If that happens, we will actually be in the average realm although it'll feel cool on the skin compared to what we've had.
Next week will start off seasonal, then we'll watch and see what side of the mish-mosh we're on in terms of fronts and air masses. It could be a little messy for someone gloom-wise while we reset the pattern and transition towards spring.
