The spurious claim by some followers of Joseph Smith that he died the way Jesus did can only be believed by the ignorant. They are trying to create a myth around the impostor(Smith) so that people will think he is important.
A prisoner that was armed with a gun, and even started shooting first can only convince the gullible ones that he was a man of God. Why some people even believe him in this present enlightened world is a mystery.
