Walk Over Cancer With Slimming World

Thursday Evening Walking Group.
We are going to return to the Cuckoo trail this week. It was nice and shaded last week, and we have the seafront walk on Sunday.
So this week a double whammy.
Thursday:- 18:30 Cuckoo Trail
Sunday:- 10:00 Walk all over Cancer with Slimming World.
If you can only do the one. Please support the Sunday walk.
Remember to bring a water bottle. Hydration is essential.
