True breakfast debauchery! When you get bored with ordinary, light pancakes, you can always prepare them in a "grazed" version, ie chocolate. Just add cocoa and some finely chopped chocolate (preferably bitter or dessert). We always give chocolate pancakes with lots of seasonal fruit - my choice fell on forest berries and raspberries. To prepare pancakes you can use, like me, a mixture of wheat and whole wheat flour, but nothing prevents it from being only whole wheat flour.

Chocolate pancakes with blueberries and raspberries
80 g wholemeal wheat flour
160 g of wheat flour
2 heaped tablespoons of cocoa
2 eggs
5 tablespoons of xylitol or sugar (or other sweetening substance that we usually use)
pinch of salt
2 flat teaspoons of baking powder
3 tablespoons of liquid coconut oil (or other)
1 glass of natural yogurt
1/2 glass of milk
1 tablespoon of chia seeds (optional)
40 g bitter or dark chocolate
And to give:
e.g. berries, raspberries, honey

We sift cocoa, wheat and whole wheat flour. We add a pinch of salt, baking powder and xylitol or sugar. Mix. Add eggs, natural yoghurt, milk, chia seeds and liquid coking oil (or other) to the second bowl. We also mix. Then add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and combine the whole with a smooth kitchen rod. At the end, add chopped small pieces of bitter or dessert chocolate. If the mass was too thick, add more milk (and if too thin - add some flour). We fry the chocolate pancakes on two sides in a hot pan (I fry without adding oil). Place pancakes with your favorite seasonal fruits such as blueberries or raspberries. We can also pour whole with honey. Enjoy your mealpancakesczekoladowe.jpg
