Pancakes with oatmeal

Ingredients:

6 tablespoons oatmeal
1 tablespoon wheat bran
1 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoons water
2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Salt to taste
Soda at the tip of the knife
Preparation:
Oat flakes are crushed in a coffee grinder and knead all the ingredients in the total mass. If you do not have a coffee grinder, you can knead the dough and let it through the meat grinder. Ready dough rolled into a thin layer (no more than 5 mm thick). Cut the dough out of the dough, lay it on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven.

When serving, sprinkle with chopped nuts. For children, grease pancakes with butter. You can decorate with fresh berries.
