Berry Parfait
◾1/4 cup rolled
◾2 tsp LSA (linseed, sunflower & almond meal)
◾1 tsp honey
◾1/4 tsp cinnamon
◾1/3 cup reduced-fat Greek natural yoghurt
◾1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
Combine oats, LSA and cinnamon in a bowl.
To assemble parfait, layer yoghurt, then berries, then oat mixture, repeating until all ingredients are used.
Top with honey to serve.
