How do you get over an Ex?

Do you have an ex that you've struggled to get over? Or know someone who can't get over an ex?

Someone asked me in my facebook group for people healing from childhood adversity (Lufu - Home for Love). how she could get over an ex she dated 10 years before.

Imagine still holding on and not being able to move on for 10 years?
