BREAD CAKE......Simple recipe

Today I want to share with you my bread cake, it is a cake that besides good is simple, since it does not contain flour directly because the bread in this case replaces the flour. It is a very good option that can be prepared for a snack or for a share with friends.
Here is the recipe to encourage you to prepare it
The ingredients are:
1 pan quill / french
5 cups of milk
2 butter spoons
5 tablespoons of sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of vanilla
For the caramel, use 1 cup of water for 1 cup and ½ of sugar (The candy must be made in the mold where the cake is going to be made)
NOTE: It is recommended to prepare before mixing
In a separate cup beat the eggs with vanilla and butter then add it to the mixture of bread with milk (which should have been soaked for 24 hours) beat the mixture with a blender or hand to well crush the bread, but not at all so that the bread is felt a little and we add the sugar, pour the bread mixture into the previously caramelized mold and take it to the oven for approximately 1 and a half hours at 350 ° C.
