I'm sorry that the weather was so bad! I always thought Rio was only sunny and hot! Every day is a school day!
I'm glad it was a business trip for you. I wouldn't be happy at all if I would have to pay for it myself neither.
I don't think that seeing Christ the Redeemer is a good reason to go there again but another sites in Brazil might be!!
With such a big country I'm sure there are loads to see. Just that its such a looong way. If I go again, it will have to be at least for a month and visit other neighbouring countries as well
