Does anybody know why we don´t have a reeferral program? How could we help?

Does anybody know why steemit doesn´t have a reeferral program? I am not sure if it says it on the faq section. I don´t know if anybody has asked that before here. I guess I am gonna go look it up as I write this.steemitpost.jpg
I just looked it up lol. It has never been done.

I believe steemit is a great platform for exposure, collaborations, interactions and most important of all extra income, or what I like to call LASUNKAN. GOLD COINS.jpeg
So why wait steemit? I am re directing people to steemit, talking them to spend a little more time on this site than the ones that we all know about that pay us nothing. Most sucessful companies have reeferral programs. Maybe you guys worry about scam and fake accounts and decided not to risk your reputation by adding the reeferral´s pack. It would be cool if you could give your reeferral code to somebody close to you and be able to set a percentage of relation to that person signed up under you. It could be divided into sections such as business relation, love relation, fans, investors, I don´t know. I am just brainstorming out here.!
