Brainstorming-challenge - The best idea to improve steemit by @yahuzahope

Hello guys, it's @yahuzahope, i believe this is my first ever entry for brainstorming-challenge and i see it to talk about how steemit can be improved.

Firstly, steemit should introduce the delete and block button, i have experience that few people tend to post bad comments on one's post and this tend to reduce viewers and this delete and block button will help remove such people from one's post and reduce critics.

Secondly, the flagging issue, let me say steemit is like a military regime because it deals with steem power when it comes to flagging someone. E.g a person with a very high SP can just decide to flag a minnow and steemit wouldn't care if the minnow was flagged with a justified reason.
So, all am trying to say is that the flagging should be change or improved to a REPORT ICON so that steemit can review the issue and solve it themselves without partiality.

Thirdly, the password problems steemit should allow users create their own preferred password to prevent/reduce the loss of password because i see most of my friends lost their passwords and had to create a new account because they can't remember the default password being too long and no way of retrieving the account through the forget password process.

Lastly, what i want to talk about here iss the contact us e-mail, i've been on steemit for more than a month now and i have no way or i don't know if there is but i haven't seen a way i can contact steemit through e-mail. I understand that the report steemit will be getting will be much but let's look at other social networks they have a comfortable way of the users contacting them. so here, am suggesting steemit should have it's own e-mail or feedback section so that users can report back to them directly.
