As the USa states fight over 'rules & regs" and how to 'control' crypto the UAE is figuring out how to expand them, embrace them, and earn as well as save costs with them.
Are we seeing a shift in global power from the Military Machine that is the USA to the Middle east, who have large wealth (due to oil) and no debt.
