Great read, I love a green smoothie in the morning . I think if we all had a smoothie the world would be a better place. Smoothies are amazing, you can feel the energy entering your body soon as you start drinking it. A day without a smoothie is not a good day. I must have one. Im def going to add chia seeds to my recipe.
