Brain Waves
When the brain went to the alphabet, how many waves did I know? These numbers are mathematicians. I would like to share a little information for those who wonder. Wave waves: Beta, alpha, theta, delta.
Delta deep drowsiness.
Theta is the first stage of sleep.
Alpha sleep-relaxation state, beta is fully awake.
What effect does the alpha head have on me? I notice myself when the alpha's in his head. The Alpha head makes me understand life and enjoy my experiences.
Everybody catches it this way. For example, some are worshiping, some are meditating, others dream and go away.
To me, happiness is on the alpha head. Creativity, expressing yourself, enjoying life, knowing what you want, following what you want, replacing it when you have.
Who knows, maybe a new Dali, maybe a new Einstein read this article, and this article I wrote in the alpha head is proud of once again, I approve myself.
