Surprising things that cause damage to the brain!
Hy guys,wanted to share my little knowledge about causes of brain damage. Our brain is a very important organ that controls other organs,so it is very important to avoid things that might damage it. Here are some causes of brain damage,some of which will marvel you:
- Not eating breakfast.
- Elevated alcohol consumption.
- Smoking.
- Elevated sugar level.
- Inadequate sleep.
- Overeating.
- Premature stress.
- Forcing the brain to function during an illness.
- Constant exposure to contaminated environment.
- Covering your head while sleeping- This might come as a shocker! I was also shocked too..though I rarely do this,I know a lot of people that do. You may want to ask why this act can damage the brain, here is why. This causes accumulation of carbondioxide and reduction of oxygen available for the brain
,and this is very harmful.
