Squats... I have been working on my ducking and rolls because I see a very common pattern of other boxers of head movement.

I put some weight on my ez curl bar and put it on my neck and practiced some slip rope drills. I don’t know how many I did but it was enough to make me walk funny for about an hour.

Don’t skip leg day, make every day leg day
